Packaging

Make sure when you despatch your items they are tastefully presented with neat packaging. Decent plastic post bags can be picked up very cheap and help to give your item a professional look. Make sure the item is well packaged inside to guard against damage in transit. Include your return address on the outside of the item in case it is lost in the post. In most cases it will eventually be returned to the sender. Make sure you get proof of postage and if economically viable go for recorded delivery to counter any claims made through pay pal.

Always ensure you despatch your items promptly. This will increase you reputation and gain you perfect feedback. Aim to despatch the item within one working day of the auction. Tell your buyers when you have despatched the item and when they can expect to receive it. All of this will ensure positive feedback.

QUICK TIP - Headlines/Titles

Get as many key words in the title as you can. Try to include the size of the garment even if you just use a letter. For example: "Man's Shirt Size S" if its new with or without tags you can ad BN or BNWT which mean brand new or brand new with tags. Try to include the make, the year as well as the condition if you have space. Titles are used when users search for items on Ebay so if its not in your title chances are it wont be picked up in the search. This is a vital part of getting maximum exposure for your product.
